Lynne is participating in the NYC Campaign Finance Program, which provides $6 for every $1 contributed by NYC residents, up to $175 per donor with a minimum of $10. For example, if you donate $35 (one dollar for every year the incumbent or his father have been in office), Lynne will receive $210 in matching funds.In order to qualify for this program, Lynne needs to raise at least $5000 from NYC residents and receive at least 75 in-district donations of $10 or more.

Lynne co-founded Triple R Events: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle which partners with local businesses, community groups and artists to organize free green events in LIC/Astoria such as the annual Queens is Green Fashion Show and local clothing swaps which encourage reuse.
